Model GFC Mass Flow Controllers are designed to indicate flowrates and control set flowrates of gases.
Model GFC Mass Flow Controllers are designed to indicate flowrates and control set flowrates of gases. Flowrates of Mass Flow Controllers are unaffected by temperature and pressure variations within stated limitations. LCD readouts are supplied with direct reading readouts. Zero and span adjustments are conveniently accessible from the outside of transmitters.

Circuit boards have built-in polarity reversal protection. Resettable fuses provide power input protection.

Local setpoint via access window for built-in potentiometer. Remote setpoint via 0 - 5 Vdc or 4 - 20 mA analog signal. See Operating Manual for details. Supplied with NIST certificate.

C E Compliance: EN 55011 class 1, class B; EN50082-1 Control Valves

Mass Flow Controller transmitters include an electromagnetic Control Valve. As a safety feature, the Control Valve is normally closed, thus in case of a power outage the flow of gas would be shut off.

a. Aluminum models GFC17, 37 and 47; anodized aluminum, 316 stainless steel, brass, and Viton® O-rings.

b. Stainless Steel models GFC17S, 37S and 47S: 316 stainless steel and Viton O-rings.
