PosiPen can be placed with pin-point accuracy on any location of the part to be measured which other gauges
PosiPen can be placed with pin-point accuracy on any location of the part to be measured which other gauges are not able to reach.

In different positions (compensated for gravity)
PosiPen has the smallest unique magnet of any coating thickness Gauge and therefore can measure on extremely small parts, on peaks and in valleys.

PosiPen is manufactured in two versions
PosiPen Model A for measurements on surfaces with normal temperatures
PosiPen Model B for measurements on surfaces with extreme temperatures between -150°F and 450°F (-100°C and 230°C)

Triple Indicator
Use the red/silver joining line when the Gauge is horizontal (walls)
Use the green line when the Gauge is pointing straight down (green/ground)
Use the blue line when the Gauge is pointing straight up (blue/sky)

  • On small surfaces
 
PosiPen Scales
  • Each PosiPen has two scales, mils (inch) and Microns (metric)
  • Range 0.25 to 20mils (inch) Tolerance ±10% and 0.1mil
  • 5 to 500 microns (metric) Tolerance ±10% and 2.5 microns
  • Each PosiPen is calibrated to NIST calibration standards.
