6” MINI CONVEYOR
This 6", 300W/in UV curing conveyor systems meets the requirements
of researchers and engineers for intense ultraviolet energy for diversified
applications:
● Curing of photopolymer paints
● Photoactivation of UV sensitive adhesives
● Graphic arts exposure |
The UV curing system incorporates an elliptically
focused heat sink reflector with an exhaust cooling fan. Lamp changeover
is easily accomplished by lifting the top cover of the irradiatorwith the
side extrusions; the shielding remains stationary.
The conveyor system is constructed of enameled aluminum with a 6" wide
Nomex®-coated fiberglass conveyor belt. Solid state variable speed control
enables the operator to accurately adjust to cure slower reacting materials
as well as fast drying inks and coatings.
